Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the SEARCH Digital Library » Click Here, the CD media of the AME 2012 Conference Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

Additional Registration Fees - Co Author or Attendee/Listener

Co-author regitrstion is applicable for additional registration of a paper. If the co-authors of a paper is looking for additional registration above frees are applicable.

All the registered papers will be published by the IDES Conference Publishing System (both Print and CD media) and it will be made available in the SEARCH Digital Library » Click Here. All the paper must conform to AME double column guidelines which is available at PDF | WORD

Extended version of the selected FULL PAPERS and SHORT PAPERS among registered & presented will be published in the two issues of the following journals

AMAE International Journal on Manufacturing and Material Science IJMMS
AMAE International Journal on Production and Industrial Engineering IJPIE

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, which is in PDF format. Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and send to aet.chair @ gmail.com

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission

You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard AME double-column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.

All papers must conform to standard AME double-column format and must be submitted as Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX or RTF format only not exceeding stipulated pages including text, figures, tables and references. All the registered papers will be archived in the SEARCH Digital Library.

Send your Camera Ready paper to aet.chair @ gmail.com with the file name prefixed with the AME-Paper ID.

Send your completed Camera Ready Paper, Copyright Form, Registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to aet.chair @ gmail.com
