Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.
Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the IDES Search digital library, the CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.
Extended version of the selected FULL PAPERS and SHORT PAPERS among registered & presented will be published in the two issues of the following journals

All the registered papers will be published by the IDES Conference Publishing System (both Print and CD media) and it will be made available in the SEARCH Digital Library » Click Here. All the paper must conform to ACEEE double column guidelines which is available at PDF | WORD
All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the proceedings. Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Reg, form to avail the deduction. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and Bonafied certificate from the Head of the Institution.
Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, which is in PDF format. Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and send to aet.chair @ gmail.com
Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard double-column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.
All the paper must conform to ACEEE double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX or RTF format only not exceeding stipulated pages including text, figures, tables and references. All the registered papers will be archived in the SEARCH Digital Library. ACEEE double column guidelines is available at PDF | WORD
Send your Camera Ready paper to aet.chair @ gmail.com with the file name prefixed with the ACS-Paper ID.
